Saturday's California Super Lotto jackpot moves to $16,000,000; 7 second prize tickets sold

There were no California Super Lotto grand prize winners for Wednesday's $15,000,000 dollar drawing, so the grand prize will rise to an estimated $16,000,000 Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. The numbers from Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 night's drawing were 05, 10, 13, 22, 33 and MEGA ball 25.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with big piles of cash. There were 7 tickets correctly matched the first five white ball winning numbers but missed the Mega number and won the 2nd prize. The 7 second prize winning ticket(s) which matched 5 numbers won $5,565 cash each. In the past year, the second prize paid between $5,565 and $43,974 with an average payout $24,069. Other prizes won Wednesday night included 11 tickets that matched the first 4 winning numbers plus the Mega number and won $1,770. The 11 lucky third prize winning ticket(s) would win $1,770 cash. California Super Lotto drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:45 p.m. Pacific Time. To play, select 5 numbers from a set of 47 and a Mega ball number from a separate set of 27 numbers. The chances of winning is about 1 to 23.
