With no winner in the latest draw, the Powerball lottery jackpot will be worth an estimated $258,000,000 (cash option $$129.3 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Monday. The amount rolled over because no player hit all 6 winning numbers to win the $243,000,000 grand prize Saturday night. The numbers from Saturday, September 28th, 2024 drawing were 03, 11, 13, 24, 39 with Power Ball number 22.
Even though there was no grand prize winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There were a total of 25 3rd prize winning tickets with or without Power Play. These included 22 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.
Other prizes won Saturday night included 545 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 177 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, but additionally purchased the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 1142 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 367 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.
