Powerball jackpot moves to $437,000,000; Four tickets matched the first five numbers

The multi-state Powerball lottery grand prize has increased to a projected $437,000,000 dollars after there was no grand prize winner in Wednesday's drawing. The cash option stands at $$210.3 million. The numbers from Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 drawing were 04, 30, 39, 44, 60 and Powerball number was 11.

Although the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There were four lucky players that matched all five lotto numbers and won the 2nd prize. The 4 second prize winning ticket(s) sold in CA(1), IL(2) and WA(1) won $1,000,000 cash.

Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 18 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 4 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash!
