Saturday's Powerball jackpot climbs to $280,000,000; One second prize ticket sold

No player won Wednesday night's Powerball game drawing, worth $255,000,000, bringing the projected jackpot on Saturday to $280,000,000. The cash value stands at an estimated $$128.6 million. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, November 15th, 2023 were 03, 04, 51, 53, 60 and Powerball was 06. No one won the Powerball jackpot in the past fifteen draws since Saturday, October 14th, 2023. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in California, matched all six numbers for a 1,730,000,000 top prize.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with big money. There was a sole lucky winner correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 ticket(s) in Connecticut matched the first 5 numbers with the Power Play for an incredible $2 million cash win!
Additional major winners Wednesday evening included 10 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
With 9 prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing produced 462,931 winning tickets across U.S. with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball game is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to buy the Power Play option, which increases the prizes except jackpot. The minimum Powerball advertised grand prize starts at $40 million.
