No jackpot ticket sold last night. Powerball jackpot breaks to $172,000,000

Without a big winner in the last drawing, the Powerball multistate lottery game has carried over the grand prize to $172,000,000 for Saturday night's drawing. The cash option will be $$75.6 million up for grab. No one matched all 5 lotto numbers plus the Powerball number to win the $154,000,000 jackpot Wednesday. The next Powerball lottery drawing is going to be at 10:59 PM Saturday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 drawing were 05, 14, 21, 31, 51 and Powerball number was 13. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past eleven draws since Monday, May 4th, 2026.
Although the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. There were a total of 16 third prize lucky winning tickets. There were 8 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Also, 227 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 78 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Wednesday night included 576 tickets that matched 3 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $100. 208 additional tickets of this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
With nine ways to win, there were a total of 387,240 tickets across U.S. won a total of $0 prizes in the Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 drawing.
