Powerball jackpot increases to $166,000,000 Saturday; Two players won the second prize

With no winner in the latest draw, the Powerball lottery jackpot is going to be worth a projected $166,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$75.2 million) the next time the multistate lottery is drawn on Saturday. The amount carried over because no player hit all five white ball numbers plus the Powerball number to win the $147,000,000 jackpot Wednesday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 drawing were 07-21-55-56-64 and Powerball was 26.
Although the jackpot was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There were two lucky winners matched all five lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in FL will collect 1 million dollar cash. The other 1 second prize winner(s) from MA also purchased Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
Additional major winners Wednesday evening included 3 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 2 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
