Saturday's Powerball jackpot increases to $378,000,000; Two tickets matched the first five numbers

There were no Powerball lottery grand prize winners for Wednesday's $353,000,000 dollar drawing, so the jackpot will increase to $378,000,000 with the cash option at a projected $$177.5 million Saturday, March 15th, 2025. The winning numbers from Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 drawing were 11, 13, 28, 51, 58 with Power Ball 01. No one won the Powerball grand prize in the past 23 draws since Monday, January 20th, 2025. A single lucky winner from OR won the $331,000,000 top prize in Saturday, January 18th, 2025 drawing.
While the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were two second prize winners from Wednesday night's drawing, matching the first five numbers except the Powerball number. The two lucky ticket(s) bought in CO(1) and WV(1), each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 11 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Powerball and won $10,000. There were 5 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 228 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 67 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! 613 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 182 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to win a total win of $200 each.
With nine different prize tiers, the Wednesday night's drawing produced 452,664 winning tickets across U.S. with a total amount of $0 prizes.
