No jackpot ticket sold last night. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot leaps to $63 million

The multi-state Powerball lottery grand prize has jumped to a projected $63 million dollars after there was no grand prize winner in Saturday's drawing. The cash option stands at a projected $44.9 million. The winning numbers from Saturday, June 19th, 2021 drawing were 04, 22, 35, 38, 39 with Power Ball 20.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Saturday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There were a total of 11 third prize winners with or without Power Play. 5 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
In addition, 211 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 81 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 609 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 182 additional tickets at this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
With 9 different prize tiers, there were 468,042 tickets across U.S. won a total of $0 prizes in the Saturday, June 19th, 2021 drawing.
America's favorite Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. The minimum Powerball advertised grand prize is $40,000,000. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments. Winners can choose one lump sum cash payout option instead.
