Powerball jackpot breaks to $54,000,000; Two second prize tickets sold

Saturday's Powerball jackpot jumped to $54,000,000, since no player matched all 6 numbers drawn Wednesday night. The cash option for Saturday stands at a projected $$25.6 million. Wednesday's $41,000,000 is the total payout - before taxes - if the prize is taken in annuity. The winning numbers from Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 drawing were 07, 11, 12, 27, 46 and Powerball number was 26.
Although the jackpot was not awarded Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge pile of cash. There were two lucky tickets matched all 5 lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The 2 lucky ticket(s) sold in MA(1) and WA(1), each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 13 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash! Additional prizes won Wednesday evening included 316 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 142 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash!
