No jackpot winning ticket sold. Powerball jackpot moves to $30 million

The Powerball multi-state lottery jackpot went to $30 million (cash option $22.4 million) Saturday night when there were no jackpot winners in the $20 million drawing, lottery officials said. The winning numbers from Wednesday night, February 3rd, 2021 were 05, 37, 40, 64, 66 with Power Ball number 05.
Even though the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. A total of 10 lucky tickets won the 3rd prize. These included 8 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.
Additional winners Wednesday night included 193 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 65 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, but also purchased the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 516 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 198 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to win a total win of $200 each.
With nine prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing created 495,291 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game offered in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:59 PM Pacific Time. The minimum Powerball grand prize is 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 graduated installments in 29 years. Winners may choose one lump sum cash payout option instead.
