Mega Millions jackpot breaks to $965,000,000; Three players matched the first 5 numbers

Without a jackpot winner in the latest drawing, the Mega Millions multistate lottery game has carried over its jackpot to $965,000,000 for Friday night's drawing. The cash value stands at an estimated $$445.3 million up for grab. No one matched all 6 winning numbers to win the $900,000,000 grand prize Tuesday. The next Mega Millions game drawing is going to be at 10:59 PM Friday night. The numbers from Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 drawing were 10-13-40-42-46 with Mega Ball 01 and Megaplier x. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 66 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.A single lucky winner from IL walked away with $344 million grand prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
While the grand prize was not awarded Tuesday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. There were three second prize winners from Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing, matching the first 5 white ball numbers but not the Mega Ball number. Mega Millions lottery can be played in 43 states and Washington DC. Mega Millions drawings occur 2 times a week every Tuesday and Friday at 7:59 PM Pacific Time. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to buy the Megaplier option, which multiplies the original winnings 2 to 5 times except jackpot. The minimum Mega Millions advertised grand prize starts at $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal annual installments. Winners can choose one time lump-sum cash payout instead.
In contrast to other Mega Millions participants, all the nine prize tiers of California Mega Millions are parimutuel, as opposed to non-jackpot prize having a fixed value. This results in different amounts of prize for equivalent winning tickets sold in the state of California when compared to those sold in other 43 Mega Millions states.
