Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot climbs to $735,000,000; 2 players matched the first five numbers

The lottery official announced that the Friday, March 8th, 2024, Mega Millions drawing resulted in a rollover, creating an $735,000,000 jackpot for the next drawing Tuesday. The cash option stands at $$356.7 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Friday, March 8th, 2024 drawing were 19-20-22-47-58 and the Mega Ball was 01, Megaplier was 3. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 26 draws since Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. The last jackpot was won by 2 tickets sold in CA(2), matched all six numbers and shared a $395 million top prize.
Although there was no jackpot winner Friday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. There were 2 lucky tickets matched the first 5 white ball numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. The 2 lucky ticket(s) sold in GA,TX, each won one million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Friday night included 20 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Other prizes won Friday evening included 564 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $500. 1563 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number.
