A single winner won $56 million grand prize from the Mega Millions drawing Tuesday night

One lucky ticket in matched all six numbers in the Tuesday, June 8th, 2021 drawing and won the $56 million grand prize. The numbers from Tuesday night, June 8th, 2021 were 09, 22, 39, 41, 54 and the Mega Ball was 19, Megaplier was 3. The holder of the winning ticket will now need to determine to either take the 30 annual payments with annual payment about $2.15 million before taxes, or the one time cash payment in the amount of $38.3 million before Uncle Sam's share is extracted. The grand prize winner is highly suggested to sign the ticket, put it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the opportunity to choose the cash value of the jackpot while claiming the prize. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
In addition to the jackpot awarded on Tuesday, June 8th, 2021, many more players walked away with big money.
