Friday's Mega Millions jackpot rises to $166 million; Three tickets matched the first five numbers

The grand prize in the Mega Millions multistate lottery game continues rising up and will be up to an estimated $166 million for the upcoming drawing on Friday. The cash option will be $120.4 million. The amount was rolled over because nobody hit all 5 lotto numbers plus the Mega Ball number to win the $153 million grand prize Tuesday night. The numbers from Tuesday night, July 27th, 2021 were 02-35-36-54-64 and the Mega Ball was 11, Megaplier was 3. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 811 draws since Friday, October 4th, 2013.The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in Maryland, matched all six numbers for a $189 million top prize.
While there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were three lucky players that correctly matched all five numbers and won the 2nd prize.
