A single lucky winner in AZ matched all six numbers in the Friday drawing and won the $113,000,000 jackpot. The numbers from Friday night, January 17th, 2025 were 08-10-37-54-69 with Mega Ball 22 and Megaplier x3. The winner can either take a cash option worth $49.2 million before taxes, or decide to receive 30-year annuity option with annual payment approximately of $4.35 million before taxes. The grand prize winner is encouraged to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the opportunity to choose the cash value of the jackpot while claiming the prize. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
In addition to the grand prize hit on Friday, Mega Millions produced many more pleased winners walked away with huge prizes. There were two lucky winners matched all five lotto numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize.
