Friday night's Mega Millions game drawing has yielded no jackpot winner for the $525,000,000 grand prize. With no one matched all 5 white ball numbers and the Mega Ball number in Mega Millions , Tuesday night's drawing will be worth an estimated $563,000,000 for a single winner. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $$265.4 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Friday night, February 23rd, 2024 were 04, 06, 40, 41, 60 with Mega Ball 11 and Megaplier x5. Nobody won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 22 draws since Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. The last jackpot was won by 2 lucky tickets sold in CA(2), matched all six numbers and shared a $395 million top prize.

Mega Millions is a consortium involving 44 state lotteries. It holds the record largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history. Contrary to other Mega Millions states, all the nine prize levels of California Mega Millions are parimutuel, rather than non-jackpot prize having a fixed amount. This causes different amounts of prize for equivalent winners sold in the state of California when compared to those sold in other forty three states. For instance, the second Mega Millions prizes is $1,000,000 could pay the winner over $1000,000 due to the pari-mutuel payout system of California lottery. For the same reason, California state lottery does not offer Megaplier like other Mega Millions states.
