Friday's Mega Millions jackpot climbs to $157,000,000; One ticket matched the first five numbers

There has been another carry over in the grand prize for the multistate Mega Millions lottery - to $157,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$72 million. The jackpot grew since nobody hit all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number from Tuesday night's $138,000,000 drawing. The numbers from Tuesday, December 30th, 2025 drawing were 18-43-49-63-69 with Mega Ball number 06 and Megaplier x. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 80 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in IL, matched all six numbers for a $344 million top prize.
While there was no jackpot winner Tuesday evening, some players still walked away with huge prizes. There was a sole lucky player that correctly matched all 5 numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in , each won one million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.

Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. It holds the record biggest jackpot of $656 million in United States lottery history.
