The jackpot for Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing soars to $619,000,000

The grand prize in the Mega Millions multistate lottery game continues increasing and will be up to a projected $619,000,000 for the next drawing on Tuesday. The cash option will be an estimated $$297.7 million. The amount was rolled over since no player hit all six numbers to win the $579,000,000 grand prize Friday night. The numbers from Friday, December 6th, 2024 drawing were 16, 21, 33, 39, 45 and the Mega Ball was 24, Megaplier was 2. The Mega Millions grand prize has been rolling over for 25 draws since Friday, September 13th, 2024.A single lucky player from TX won the $800 million top prize in Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 drawing.
While there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, some players still walked away with big money. A total of 22 lucky winners won the 3rd prize. These included 22 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Friday night included 579 tickets that matched four white numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 1301 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $200.
