With no winner in the last drawing, the Mega Millions lottery grand prize is going to be worth $166,000,000 (cash value $$75.2 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Friday. The amount rolled over since no player matched all 5 lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number to win the $150,000,000 grand prize Tuesday night. The winning numbers from Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 drawing were 12, 27, 42, 59, 65 with Mega Ball number 02 and Megaplier x. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 38 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.One lucky player from IL walked away with $344 million grand prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
While the jackpot was not awarded Tuesday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. A total of 7 lucky tickets won the third prize. These included 7 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. Mega Millions drawings are held 2 times a week every Tuesday and Friday night at 7:59 PM Pacific Time. Each play costs $1.
