The grand prize in America's favorite Mega Millions lottery game continues to increase exciting players all across the country. Because no player correctly hit all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number in Friday's drawing the grand prize will jump to a projected $110,000,000! The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$49.2 million. The numbers from Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 drawing were 05-15-22-33-37 and the Mega Ball was 02, Megaplier was .
